Full Time Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year

Location(s):  Lincolnview Local Schools 

Salary as per schedule

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Wwork, communicate, and collaborate effectively with staff and families as part of a team
2. A ability to provide high quality direct speech-language therapy services to a wide variety of students in both the classroom and therapy room settings
3. Demonstrate knowledge of normal communication development, speech/language disorders, and educational impact of disorders
4. Strong organizational and time management skills (meets timelines for evaluations and IEP’s, provides services to all students, prepares effectively, maintains accurate records, etc.)
5. Complies with all Federal, State, and Local mandates as they apply to students with disabilities
6. Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to student needs and services
7. Seeks professional development and shares information with others
8. ompletes other duties as assigned according to policies, rules, and regulations of the Mercer County Educational Service Center Governing Board and the Ohio Department of Education/Office of Exceptional Children
9. Knowledge and experience with students with autism and multiple disabilities and the use of augmentative communication/visual supports is a plus
