Dear Lincolnview Parents & Community,

This morning, due to the extreme cold weather, we had a number of issues with our school busses once they left the school to pick up students.  These issues that we dealt with created concerns of being able to safely pick up students and bring them to school, because of the cold conditions we were experiencing.  We had all the busses plugged in the night before, and we also had them all running for 1-hour before we started our routes, so we felt we were ready to have school this morning, but unfortunately issues arose.  We now have all of our busses ready to go for tomorrow morning and we have been working with a local company, who works on our busses, to try and prevent this problem from occurring in the future. 

We do recognize the challenges that many of you faced this morning when school was cancelled late in the morning and we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
